The large size of the Lycian Princess provides space suitable for the number of guests and activities taking place on the boat, offering particular comfort also in the private areas.
The gulet does not use sails in navigation but the Turkish coasts and seas of the Dodecanese are always full of wind, which not only mitigates the heat of the sun but also allows the sails to be opened. The engine is turned off so you can enjoy the silence and sounds of nature in the peaceful voyage of the kayak.
A good kitchen is a fundamental ingredient for a good holiday: a professional chef must be able to work in a dedicated and separate area from that used by guests. The kitchen is in the position of the Lycian kitchen is in the best place possible so as to avoid interfering with the guests’ activities avoiding at the same time odors and noise, assuring our guests peace and quality of service. The meals served on the gulet are typical of Turkish cuisine, using many varieties of vegetables, rice and pasta, but also fish, meat and vegetables, mostly cooked in stew and low in fat and fried, with frequent use of yogurt. The Lycian barbecue is often activated in the evening in the quiet bays to cook fish, meat or vegetables.
The management of the caique is entirely carried out by a professional crew: captain, cook and sailor. Guests do not have other duties on board apart from enjoying a relaxing holiday.
